I’m Sierra and here’s a little bit about me. Makeup was always something I was mysteriously drawn to. I loved the idea of being able to dramatically change your look with such easy tools. When I was old enough to wear makeup, I found myself spending my allowance on the latest products from my copy of Cosmopolitan. The only problem was that it was difficult to find girls that actually looked like ME for beauty inspiration.
Who would have thought that in future years I would be just as interested as I was back then with certain makeup techniques, products, and would be applying makeup on others as frequently as I do.
Mixing my passions of writing, editing, and makeup together was such an exciting and natural path for me to take. Shimmerkit was something that instantly piqued my interest and I am excited to be able to share with you all an easy way to find the information we usually spend hours scouring the Internet for. My goal is to provide a central hub where women of all shades can find the latest beauty influencers, products, and trends.
